Apple signed Oprah Winfrey to a multi-year content partnership deal for an undisclosed amount of money.
The company says she and Apple will create original programs that embrace her "ability to connect with audiences around the world."
Some news outlets speculate this may mean Winfrey could have an on-camera role as a host and interviewer.
Variety reports this deal won't conflict with her agreement with OWN, The Oprah Winfrey Network, which she formed in partnership with Discovery Communications in 2011.
