For the second time as president, Donald Trump addressed the Conservative Political Action Conference.

"CPAC has always been about big ideas and putting those ideas into action," Trump said.

During his speech Friday, Trump touched on his plan for the barrier along the U.S.-Mexico border and his proposal to arm certain teachers to prevent school shootings.

"If this guy thought that other people would be shooting bullets back at him, he wouldn't have gone to that school," Trump said.

And, as expected, he said the U.S. will impose new sanctions against North Korea.

White House adviser Kellyanne Conway, Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke and Energy Secretary Rick Perry were also scheduled to speak at Friday's event.
