At least three are dead after a car barreled into a crowd of people at the Oklahoma State University homecoming parade.
Police have charged the alleged driver, 25-year-old Adacia Chambers, with a DUI. OSU officials say Chambers isn't registered as a student.
Witnesses say the car hit a motorcycle and then plowed into spectators at the parade. Reports indicate the car was not part of the parade and was traveling at full speed before hitting the crowd.
Eight critically injured people were flown by helicopter to nearby hospitals, according to the Stillwater Police Department. Fourteen more people were injured, seven seriously.
