Award winning actor Burt Reynolds has died. He was 82.

Multiple reports say he went into cardiac arrest in a hospital in Florida. His family was by his side.

Reynolds was best known for starring in "Deliverance," "Smokey and the Bandit," and "Boogie Nights." Overall, he had more than 150 TV and movie credits to his name.

He's won 2 Golden Globes and a Primetime Emmy Award, among other awards.

Reynolds leaves behind a son.
