Dozens of people are missing after a boat in Thailand capsized off the island of Phuket.
The boat was carrying 105 people including tourists, many from China, when a storm and rough waves caused the boat to overturn.
Thai officials have not confirmed a death toll but the Chinese Embassy in Thailand said 16 of it's citizens are dead and at least 33 missing, according to CNN.
A second boat carrying 42 people also capsized off Phuket, but officials were able to rescue everyone.
The country is currently in the beginning of monsoon season.
