Jeffrey Tambor of Amazon's "Transparent" series officially left the show Thursday, following allegations of sexual misconduct and an investigation by Amazon.
Tambor is accused of sexually harassing his former assistant and sexually assaulting a celebrity makeup artist.
Co-star Trace Lysette also accused Tambor of sexual misconduct, saying he "made many sexual advances and comments at me, but one time it got physical."
Tambor hinted at the move in November when the allegations first surfacedin a Deadline report.
He said, "Given the politicized atmosphere that seems to have afflicted our set, I don't see how I can return to 'Transparent.'" Tambor denies the allegations.
