The Missouri House formally launched an impeachment investigation into Gov. Eric Greitens on Monday.
Greitens was indictedon a felony invasion of privacy charge last week for allegedly photographing a nude or partially nude woman he was having an affair with without her knowledge or consent. He's accused of then using the photo to blackmail the woman.
The news comes as prosecutors in his case say their investigation may result in additional charges against Greitens, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
Greitens says he will not step down over the allegations.
