When world superpowers or humanitarian organizations step in to stop atrocities, the results are unpredictable. Sometimes, tragically so. But does that mean we should stand by and watch? Intelligence Squared took on that incredibly difficult question in this episode of "Up for Debate." The motion given four debaters was, "Humanitarian intervention does more harm than good."
