The number of Americans who missed their rent or mortgage payments last month is stunning: 6 million didn't make their payments last month.
That’s according to research from the Mortgage Bankers Association.
That is actually down, percentage-wise, from the second quarter. But experts point out it’s clearly a sign Americans are struggling right now.
