Our Top 3 caught on camera moments this week all involve close calls. Whether it involved almost getting taken out by a small plane or a heated argument between a lawyer and a judge, someone was there to catch it all on video.
First up is a 14-year-old boy from Syracuse, Utah. Police the teen decided to steal a vehicle and drive it through a public park, narrowly avoiding several pedestrians. (Via ABC)
KSL-TV reports the vehicle theft took place sometime Saturday afternoon. Things quickly escalated into a car chase when police tried to apprehend the boy after a tipster phoned in with his location.
Afraid of hurting someone, police decided not to follow the stolen car through the park. But Bryson Rowley, who was at the park with his children, decided something had to be done.

Officials report the teenager was taken into custody and placed in a juvenile detention center.
Our second caught on camera moment is something we never expected to see: a lawyer and a judge almost coming to blows right there in the courtroom. (Via WKMG)
"You know, if I had a rock, I would throw it at you right now. Stop pissing me off. Just sit down."

WFTV reports Florida Judge John Murphy allegedly tried to convince public defender Andrew Weinstock to get his client to waive his right to a speedy trial. And that clearly didn't go over too well.
Things got physical when the two men went out in the hallway. People in the courtroom heard loud banging, and two deputies apparently had to break up the fight.
Charges weren't filed, but Florida Today says the judge has taken a leave of absence from the courtroom and will be taking anger management classes. In the meantime, his cases have been assigned to other judges.
And to wrap things up, we've got this video of a small plane almost hitting a beachgoer in Germany. (Via BBC)
The pilot missed the man on the beach by centimeters. The Sydney Morning Herald reports he's apologized for the near-hit and said "it wasn't one of my greatest achievements in the cockpit."
Now, we don't know why exactly the sunbather decided to catch some rays so close to the runway.
Especially since The Daily Starsays several other pilots had landed their planes on that runway earlier in the day. Of course, they managed to do it a little more gracefully.
No one has been able to get in touch with the sunbather, but we're sure that near-miss chased away any worries he might've had about sunburn or jellyfish. Because when compared to almost getting hit by a plane, those really aren't anything to worry about.
