Eight people have been reported dead after a police helicopter crashed into the roof of a pub in Glasgow, Scotland, Friday night. 

Police confirmed at a press conference Saturday all three of the helicopter's crew members are among the dead, and five more were found inside the pub. (Via Fox News)

And dozens more are injured. According to authorities, there were at least 32 people wounded in the accident. Fourteen of those people have been hospitalized with serious injuries. (Via NBC)

The chief constable for Police Scotland says they are working to make sure everyone at the pub at the time of the crash is accounted for.

"The helicopter is in there, dominating the whole space within the building. Until the helicopter is out of the way, we will not know what is going on underneath the helicopter." (Via Sky News)

The helicopter crashed on the roof of the Clutha bar on Stockwell Street Friday night while a live band was playing. Witnesses estimate about 120 people were inside. (Via CNN)

"What I heard was a very loud explosion. I had no idea that helicopter was involved in it. The explosion stopped me in my tracks." (Via BBC)

"A huge plume of smoke came up. There was a huge bang. You could hear people screaming." (Via ITV)

Police say their rescue-and-recovery operation is very sensitive and will last for several more days. Scottish police say the death toll is still likely to rise.
