Liberia is set to elect its new president, and it's a pretty big milestone for the country.

Former soccer star George Weah is leading by over 20 points with almost all of the votes counted.

This will be the first democratic transfer of power in the country since 1944

Outgoing President Ellen Sirleaf was elected after a civil war deposed then-President Charles Taylor.
