Higher-ups at Netflix are warning employees about a Wall Street Journal investigation which looks into the company's workplace culture and may not show it in the best light. That's according to NBC News.
The investigation's findings aren't yet known, but executives are reportedly worried it'll make Netflix seem like an unpleasant place to work.
Netflix has actually touted its company culture for years, ever since the CEO published a slide deck in 2009 describing the company's values in two words: "freedom" and "responsibility."
The news of the investigation comes days after a strong earnings report showed the streaming service added nearly seven million new subscribers and about two weeks after the company announced its plans to buy a production hub in New Mexico.
