It's not unusual for kids to have quarrels with their peers. But things reportedly got so bad in a Wisconsin kindergarten classroom, one child's parents took out a restraining order.

That was Brian Metzger, the father of the 6-year-old girl allegedly being bullied. He says he first reported the problem to his daughter's teacher, and the boy admitted to making the comments but said he didn't mean them. (Via New York Daily News

Metzger said he didn't feel like enough was being done so he decided to file a restraining order against the 5-year-old boy.

According to local station WDJT, Metzger has received angry comments on social media for his decsison. "Including comments saying he should've contacted the parents of the boy, before taking it too far." But Metzger says, "If they knew the facts, they'd know the parents have been contacted by the school."

Metzger says he won't be satisfied until the boy is out of the school and he feels his daughter is safe. WDJT contacted the family of the boy but they refused to comment. The school district says it is aware of the situation but there are two side to every story.

Another family from the school filed a police report against the same 5-year-old boy and is reportedly considering a restraining order. The hearing for the restraining order filed by Metzger is scheduled for Tuesday.
