Former sports doctor Larry Nassar heads back to court Wednesday.
In December, Nassar was sentenced to 60 years in prison after pleading guilty to federal child pornography charges. Last week, he was sentenced to another 40 to 175 years for multiple sex crimes in Ingham County, Michigan.
