Millions of Adidas customers may have had their data exposed.

Adidas said Thursday that a "few million" online shoppers potentially had their contact information, usernames and encrypted passwords exposed to an unauthorized party.

The company went on to say it "has no reason to believe that any credit card or fitness information" was impacted.

Adidas is just the latest in a string of companies whose customers may have had their data exposed. In April, Delta and Sears announced one of their online service vendors experienced a cyberattack that potentially affected hundreds of thousands of customers.

An Adidas spokesperson said they're alerting certain customers who shopped at Adidas.com/US.
