A Texas mayor has resigned after posting a controversial message about the deadly winter storm.
The Facebook post said in part, "no one owes you or your family anything" and "only the strong will survive and the weak will perish."
The post has been deleted and the now former mayor of Colorado City has apologized for the wording he used.
