There are several blockbuster cases on the docket.
On Nov. 10, the court is set to hear the next big fight over the future of the Affordable Care Act.
On Dec. 2, it'll hear arguments over still-secret grand jury materials from former special council Robert Mueller's investigation.
But the justices could decide to delay rulings in cases until a nominee is confirmed.
