Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is now recovering at home after a recent fall.

The justice has been discharged from George Washington University Hospital, where she was admitted Thursday morning. According to a statement from the high court, she fractured three ribs after falling in her office Wednesday night.

A Supreme Court public information officer told media outlets Friday that Ginsburg is "doing well and plans to work from home today."

At 85, she's had a few health issues over the years, surviving two bouts of cancer and a coronary artery stent placement. But she's kept up with her "RBG workout" routine, which her trainer says plays a key role in keeping her strong.

Ginsburg became the second woman to serve on the Supreme Court in 1993, following an appointment by President Bill Clinton.

In July, Ginsberg said she hopes to stay on the bench for at least five more years.
