Swiss Bank Settles With Justice Department Over FIFA Corruption Case

Swiss bank, Julius Baer, was accused of money laundering and other alleged corruption involving FIFA officials.

Swiss bank Julius Baer has settled with the U.S. Justice Department in a corruption case revolving around the global soccer league FIFA.

The bank said today it expects the probe to end "shortly" taking an $80 million provision to cover expected fines.

The bank was accused of money laundering and other alleged corruption involving FIFA officials.
