As it became clear Donald Trump was going to emerge as the winner of Indiana's Republican primary Tuesday, Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren let the world know she wasn't happy about it.
She said in a series of angry tweets, "I'm going to fight my heart out to make sure @realDonaldTrump's toxic stew of hatred & insecurity never reaches the White House." And it didn't stop there.
Her other posts hit a variety of topics Trump has previously received negative attention for, like his statements about women and his stance on waterboarding and similar interrogation techniques.
Warren's Twitter rant came shortly after Ted Cruz dropped out of the presidential race, leaving Trump as the likely Republican nominee.
Democratic candidates Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders have both hinted they are considering Warren as a running mate, and some have speculated that has encouraged Warren's continued scrutiny of Trump.
As of Wednesday morning, Trump had yet to respond to Warren's tweets.
