The game has recently gone viral in Europe. Some participants even go as far as drinking motor oil, a Listerine-and-toothpaste concoction — even urine. (Via BBC)

The Daily Mail reports two British men are the craze's latest victims, who both died Saturday. One 20-year-old tried to "outdo" previous competitors by drinking a lethal cocktail containing "a bottle of white wine, a small bottle of vodka, a quart of whiskey and a can of lager." The other, a 29-year-old, died as a result of downing a pint of vodka.

This after two victims in Ireland died while reportedly participating in NekNomination dares last month.

Dares are typically filmed and then posted to social media, where the participants continue the chain by daring other people. (Via STV News)

Many are concerned about the game's dangers and are even demanding Facebook ban such pages glamorizing or promoting the game. (Via Facebook / Ban Neknominate)

Officials are currently investigating the possible links of the drinking game to the four European deaths.
