Thailand's Junta Chief said Thai authorities have arrested the main suspect in connection with a bombing near a shrine in Bangkok in August.

Police had previously released this sketch of a suspect. The alleged bomber arrested Tuesday was apprehended at the Thai-Cambodian border and is reportedly a foreigner.

This comes after another foreign suspect was arrested in connection with the bombings last week. Police said they found multiple passports and bomb-making materials at that suspect's apartment.

At least 20 people were killed in the attack on the shrine, and nine of the dead were foreigners. Thailand's prime minister said he thought the bomb was targeting tourists.

A suspect was caught on CCTV footage near the shrine wearing a backpack. Then he was seen again later without the backpack.
