Elon Musk is apparently having trouble convincing customs agencies to ship his now sold-out flamethrowers. But don't worry: He has a solution.
Musk says some customs agencies won't allow shipment of anything called a "flamethrower." So he renamed it to "Not a Flamethrower." Got 'em.
Musk's Boring Company sold 20,000 flamethrowers in less than a week. According to the company's website, they'll start shipping in spring.
It's unclear whether renaming the devices will actually solve the problem or if Musk is joking. He also floated the idea of calling them "Temperature Enhancement Devices" to appease customs officials.
