Check out this massive pileup in Toronto — where drivers were stranded on a highway for hours.
Thursday morning, much of southern Ontario was covered in snow squalls, or otherwise known as — whiteouts. (Via CTV)
CTV tweeted — the dangerous conditions affected commutes across several highways.
The result — a 96-car pile-up. According to police, there were no serious injuries, but three people were taken to the hospital to be treated for minor injuries. (Via CP24)
CP24 tweeted the highway would be shut down for most of the day as emergency crews clear the road. As of Thursday afternoon, the highway remained closed.
