Lamar Odom might be heading back to the court months after personal problems halted his NBA career.

Odom reportedly opted not to go to rehab after his addiction was revealed. Instead, TMZ reported in early October a source said he was going to fight the illness himself. He's since stayed out of the public eye.
But if recent reports are true, the team that said goodbye to him just a few months ago might be welcoming him back with open arms.
Yahoo! first reported Friday Odom met with the Clippers for almost two hours to talk about possibly rejoining the team within the next few weeks.
But USA Today is quick to point out a meeting doesn't necessarily mean Odom will be offered the option of rejoining the roster. The Clippers do have a spot to fill on its roster, which makes Odom's chances of rejoining look a little better.
This is the first reported evidence of direct talks. On Thursday, Fox Sports reported both the Clippers and the Lakers were simply toying with the idea of having Odom rejoin.
If Odom does sign back on, he'll have some improvements to make. Last season was one of Odom's worst ever. He averaged only four points per game compared to his career average of 13.3 points. (Via Sports Illustrated)
Odom has been in the NBA since 1999. If he doesn't play this season, it will be his first full year off the court in almost 15 years.
