The Omaha World-Herald reports two are confirmed dead, and one of the injured was a firefighter.

The Omaha Police Department called the collapse an "industrial accident" but did not explain what caused it.

WOWT spoke with one of the workers' family members.

"He said the next thing he know it was a big explosion. ... He said he felt the heat on the back of him and he just kept running and running."

Officials have not released the names of any of the victims.
