How can you not be in the Christmas spirit with what the tube has to offer in the next week?
Just to name a few shows:
CBS has "A Home For The Holidays," at 8 p.m. EST Tuesday, featuring artists such as Faith Hill, Kristin Chenoweth and Gavin Rossdale calling attention to the need for adoption in our country.
Over on ABC, the animated classic "How The Grinch Stole Christmas" is revived for, like, the 700th airing, at 8 p.m. Tuesday. If you want to see the newer, non-animated version starring Jim Carrey (in Oscar-winning makeup, no less), you can see that at 8 p.m. Wednesday on ABC Family.
At 8 p.m. Wednesday, the night before Christmas, NBC is presenting "It's A Wonderful Life," the iconic Jimmy Stewart piece of love and redemption.
TBS launches its annual marathon of "A Christmas Story," a modern-day classic, at 8 p.m. Wednesday. The cable channel will air the movie 12 consecutive times.
While you inspect what Santa has left for you at 9 a.m. Thursday, you can have the "Walt Disney Christmas Parade" playing in the background. Regis Philbin will oversee the action. Miley Cyrus will also perform.
