When baking the kind of brownies that stick to the pan no matter how greased it is, consider lining the pan with foil instead.Lay two long strips of foil across the pan, leaving extra foil on either side. Grease the foil and bake as usual. When ready to remove the brownies, lift them out of the pan using the foil "handles," invert onto a cooling rack and peel the foil off the back.Cut as usual.
