Wants to lose weight before getting wedding dress

Q. I have seven months until my wedding, and I plan to lose 15 pounds beforehand. My mom keeps saying I need to get a dress now, but I want to lose the weight first. What's my absolute deadline for dress shopping?A. It's ideal to start shopping about nine months before the wedding so you have plenty of time for fittings. Since you're at the seven-month mark, I'd say listen to your mom and hit the stores. Why? Most gowns are custom-made and require several alterations. Besides, even if you do lose weight, your actual shape won't change so dramatically that you'll need a completely different dress. To address a larger concern, though, making your wedding date the deadline to lose a certain number of pounds just puts extra pressure on you during the already stressful planning period. Eat healthy and exercise, but remember that the man you're marrying loves you for you.(Carley Roney, co-founder and editor in chief of The Knot, the nation's leading wedding resource, advises millions of brides on modern wedding etiquette at www.theknot.com.)

It's definitely possible for

It's definitely possible for her to lose 15 lbs in 7 months. As far as the wedding dress situation, I agree with you and her mother. She should get dress now. That's great that she has a weight goal in mind. She should think about what size she is now and what size wants to be for her wedding. She should shop for dresses in that size. If she's having her dress made, then making her dress in her current body size is okay. It's better to alter a dress that's a bigger size to a smaller size because it's absolutely impossible to alter a dress from a smaller size to a bigger size.

Anyway, if this bride to be really wants to lose weight, maybe she can try Appuloss Diet. It's this herbal supplement that helps in weight loss and appetite control. Of course you do have to be eating a well-balanced diet and do regular exercise which can actually enhance fat oxidation, stimulate thermogenesis, and influence body weight and composition. I think it's a great way to jumpstart your body into losing weight.

I work with Stacker 2, the company that makes Appuloss Diet and I hope you don't mind that I comment on here. I'm just trying to spread the word.

weight loss

Hi,

I used to be pretty obese and started putting on a lot of weight especially on my thighs and bottom in my late thirties. I started exercising as often as possible and also cut down on a lot of high calorie stuff. Unfortunately I hardly managed to lose any weight at all. I then recently read an article by a lady who claimed that she managed to lose nearly half of her weight using a particular weight loss product. I tried it out and it actually worked really well. Within 4 months I managed to shave off 65 pounds completely. The results were pretty amazing and I feel so much healthier and energetic now without having to carry all that extra weight around. You can read more about the lady's article at the link below

Hoodia Gordonii diet?

She may try Hoodia Gordonii diet to lose weight faster before wedding. (Hoodia is rather effective appetite suppressant.)
