She had the stained blue dress to prove it.New York Gov. Eliot Spitzer -- This married official, who campaigned on a platform of moral righteousness and reform, resigned earlier this year when it was learned that he was using a call-girl service.New Jersey Gov. James McGreevey -- This married official stepped down in 2004 after admitting to a homosexual affair.Gary Hart -- The former U.S. senator from Colorado dropped his 1987 presidential bid after it was revealed that he'd been keeping company with model Donna Rice. When rumors started about an extramarital affair, Hart challenged reporters: "Follow me around. I don't care. I'm serious. If anybody wants to put a tail on me, go ahead." The Miami Herald did and broke the story. After the National Enquirer published a photo of them together aboard a boat called Monkey Business, he dropped out of the race.Wayne Hays -- The Ohio representative hired Elizabeth Ray as a secretary, who admitted "I can't type, I can't file.
