A GOOD YEAR (C-) Director Ridley Scott and actor Russell Crowe, who worked together on the Oscar-winning "Gladiator," stumble in this comedy about a ruthless London financial trader who inherits his uncle's vineyard estate in France. Predictable, miscast and very far from a vintage entertainment. The scenery in Provence comes close to upstaging everyone _ but not close enough.
Rated: PG-13, language and some sexual content.
BABEL (A-) Director Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu follows "21 Grams" with another panoramic drama about the surprising ways in which lives interconnect. Well-acted and full of powerhouse drama, "Babel" becomes a mosaic of stressed-out stories, taking us to locations in Mexico, Morocco, Japan and the U.S. As has been the case with all of Inarritu's work, "Babel" has a disturbing beauty that lingers. Beyond that, the movie takes full advantage of Inarritu's ability to shake us to the core. Brad Pitt and Cate Blanchett lead a cast that includes Gael Garcia Bernal.
Rated: R. Violence, some graphic nudity, sexual content, language and some drug use.
BORAT: CULTURAL LEARNINGS OF AMERICA FOR MAKE BENEFIT GLORIOUS NATION OF KAZAKHSTAN (B+) British comedian Sacha Baron Cohen brings one of his characters to life on the big screen, and the result is an extremely funny movie that's also wildly and purposefully offensive. If you're the least bit uncertain about what Cohen does, you'd best inform yourself. But if you're ready for some magnificent audacity, as well as plenty of crude jokes and bizarre humor, you'll find big laughs in a movie with something that could infuriate just about every known group on the planet. Cohen plays Borat, a Kazakh TV reporter who travels to the U.S. to make a documentary.
Rated: R. Pervasive strong crude and sexual content including graphic nudity, and language.
THE DEPARTED (B) Martin Scorsese isn't often thought of as a director who's in love with special effects, but he has one here _ Jack Nicholson. Nicholson gives a massively hammy and malevolent performance in Scorsese's look at Irish mobsters in Boston. Strongly acted by Matt Damon and Leonardo DiCaprio, who play very different kinds of undercover cops, the movie also features tasty small performances from Alec Baldwin, Mark Wahlberg and Ray Winstone. Full of violence, inventively used profanity and rueful humor, "The Departed" begins in gripping fashion, but never entirely transcends the limitations of genre moviemaking.
Rated: R. Strong brutal violence, pervasive language, some strong sexual content and drug material.
DRIVING LESSONS (C) A mediocre coming-of-age comedy that seems to have been written to showcase Julie Walters' over-the-top performance as an aging actress. Walters Evie takes a young vicar's son ("Harry Potter's" Rupert Grint) under wing and helps him to break away from his domineering, hypocritical mother (Laura Linney).
Rated: PG-13. Language, sexual content and some thematic material.
CATCH A FIRE (B) In this mostly absorbing movie, based on a true story, Derek Luke plays Patrick Chamusso, a South African refinery worker who's radicalized after being arrested and tortured for a crime he didn't commit. Tim Robbins portrays Nic Vos, the Special Branch officer who tried to break Chamusso. Both Luke and Robbins give fine performances, and director Philip Noyce enlivens the movie with a thriller pulse. The material may be familiar, but the brutal story of apartheid can't be overexposed.
Rated: PG-13, thematic material involving torture and abuse, violence and brief language.
DEATH OF A PRESIDENT (D+) Director Gabriel Range adopts a faux documentary style, setting his controversial movie in the near future. Range speculates about what might happen after George Bush is assassinated. Range's provocative gimmick _ mixing real and dramatized footage to stage Bush's assassination _ proves little more than a springboard for familiar points and prosaic dialogue. Aside from the hype, "Death of a President" is a molehill of a movie that's likely to lead us to a mountain of hand-wringing commentary.
Rated: R, brief violent images.
DELIVER US FROM EVIL (B+) Director Amy Berg's shocking documentary deals with a pedophile priest and the way the Catholic Church mishandled his case. Amazingly, Berg got the former priest to talk for the camera. Despite a soft-spoken voice and gentle demeanor, Oliver O'Grady is one of the most disturbing characters ever captured on film. The Church hierarchy in Los Angeles doesn't come off particularly well, either.
Not rated. Strong subject matter, descriptions of pedophilia.
FLAGS OF OUR FATHERS (B+) Clint Eastwood directs this large-scale movie about the battle for Iwo Jima, concentrating on the men who fought and on the way three of them were used to sell war bonds. Eastwood can't solve all the movie's structural problems, and he creates a bit of confusion as he switches from the battle to stateside views of the war-bond tour. But if "Flags" falters at times, it eventually brings us to a point of stillness and reflection that's rare in movies.
Rated: R, Sequences of graphic war violence and language.
FLUSHED AWAY (B) Aardman Studios joins with DreamWorks to create an energetic animated feature about a pet mouse (Hugh Jackman) who discovers an exciting new world when he's flushed down a toilet into the sewers of London. Voice talent, including Kate Winslet, Ian McKellen and Jean Reno, proves exceptionally good and the movie mixes action and wit in ways that should satisfy both younger audiences and adults.
Rated: PG, crude humor and some language.
49 UP (B) For those of us who've been with it from the start, director Michael Apted's series on the lives of folks he first filmed at the age of 7 remains essential viewing. As its title suggests, the participants in "49 Up" are approaching 50. Befitting their age, they seem to have found ways to become more comfortable in their own skins. Maybe they're all starting to run out of gas. Not quite as intriguing as its predecessors, but still interesting for fans of the series.
Unrated.
THE GUARDIAN (B-) This formula job isn't likely to impress anyone with its originality, but "The Guardian" does one unusual thing: Instead of introducing us to callow youths train for combat, we're asked to watch them learn to become rescue swimmers for the Coast Guard. Kevin Costner does a fine job as the hardened veteran who trains rookies, including a hot-shot swimmer played by Ashton Kutcher. And credit director Andrew Davis with making the rescue footage exciting.
Rating: PG-13. Intense sequences of action/peril, brief strong language and some sensuality.
HARSH TIMES (C+) Christian Bale gives another fearlessly intense performance as a battle-scarred veteran who's bent on self-destruction. Bale and Freddy Rodriguez, best known for his work on "Six Feet Under," play buddies at loose ends on the fringes of Los Angeles. Profane, violent and ambitious, the movie is full of macho posturing and hard-core attitude, but it's ultimately too thin to support Bale's powerful performance.
Rated: R, strong violence, language and drug use.
HOLLYWOODLAND (B-) This noir lite film _ centered on the 1959 case of George Reeves, who played Superman on TV before committing suicide _ winds up feeling like an imitation of a great movie. A detective (Adrien Brody) investigates whether Reeves (Ben Affleck) was actually murdered.
Rated: R. Language, violence
THE ILLUSIONIST (B) A visually accomplished period piece about a magician (Edward Norton) reunited with a childhood sweetheart (Jessica Biel). Only she's engaged to a ruthless nobleman who orders a police stooge (Paul Giamatti) to keep an eye on the "illusionist." Ultimately the film aims too high, but not before it delivers an entertaining blend of secrets, plot twists and decent acting.
Rated: PG-13. Sexuality, violence
INFAMOUS (B+) It may be difficult to believe, but we now have a second good movie about author Truman Capote's travels to Kansas to write "In Cold Blood." Director Doug McGrath follows last year's "Capote" with an intriguing, quick-witted movie that begins as a kind of slick comedy about Capote's life among New York's glitterati. McGrath slowly allows seriousness to pervade the proceedings as he explores Capote's devastating relationship with killer Perry Smith, portrayed by a volatile Daniel Craig. British actor Toby Jones makes a fine Capote, and Sandra Bullock gives the movie some heart as Capote pal Harper Lee. "Capote" is the better of the two movies, but this one sheds light of its own.
Rated: R. Language, violence and some sexuality
INVINCIBLE (B) It's no surprise that the producers who brought us "The Rookie," a baseball movie about an improbable triumph, have turned their attention to Vince Papale, the oldest non-kicking rookie to land a job in the NFL as a wide receiver who logged heavy time on special teams for the Philadelphia Eagles in '76. Mark Wahlberg stars as Papale, and Greg Kinnear plays his coach, Dick Vermeil. The movie does a decent enough job mixing Philly grit and pro football to make us overlook a few fumbles.
Rated: PG. Adult situations.
JESUS CAMP (B) This provocative new documentary attempts to show us how some evangelical Christians indoctrinate their children. True to its name, the movie features extensive sessions at Kids on Fire, a Christian camp in an ironically named location, Devil's Lake, N.D. The filmmakers _ Heidi Ewing and Rachel Grady _ don't offer much by way of critical commentary, opting instead for full immersion. Why should we care about any of this? The directors answer the question by showing that faith and fervor often cross the line into politics.
Rated: PG-13. Some discussions of mature subject matter.
THE LAST KING OF SCOTLAND (B) Forest Whitaker gives a towering performance as dictator Idi Amin, the monster who ran Uganda from 1970 to 1979. This one barrels along in compelling fashion, creating reservations only when it's done. By the end, we realize that we've seen one more movie in which Africa serves as the backdrop for the reclamation of a white character. James McAvoy plays a young Scottish doctor who winds up working as Amin's personal physician. In the bargain, he remains shamefully ignorant of the extreme violence around him.
Rated: R. Some strong violence and gruesome images, sexual content and language.
MAN OF THE YEAR (C) Robin Williams plays a savvy, Jon Stewart-style comedian who runs for president in director Barry Levinson's broad-ranging satire. Perhaps uncertain about what it wants to accomplish, the movie eventually morphs into a lukewarm thriller. The bottom line: "Man of the Year" is not funny or trenchant enough, and it takes aim at far too many targets.
Rated: PG-13. Language including some crude sexual references, drug related material and brief violence.
MARIE ANTOINETTE (C+) Director Sofia Coppola teams with Kirsten Dunst to introduce us to the teen-ager who was sent from Austria to France to marry Louis XVI (Jason Schartzman) in the years preceding the French Revolution. Coppola does a beautiful job of presenting the ostentation and emptiness of the French court, and she bravely tries to shatter period-piece boundaries by using contemporary rock music. Despite such daring strokes, the movie eventually runs out of steam.
Rated: PG-13, sexual content and partial nudity.
THE PRESTIGE (B) Director Christopher Nolan does a fine job adapting Christopher Priest's 1995 novel about two feuding magicians in Victorian England. Christian Bale and Hugh Jackman play the magicians, and Nolan pulls off some first-rate cinematic trickery of his own, but the payoff of this intricately plotted tale doesn't have quite the expected kick. The always-reliable Michael Caine appears as Cutter, a man who designs illusions for magicians.
Rated: PG-13, Violent scenes and unsettling images.
THE QUEEN (A-) Helen Mirren is terrific as the dour Queen Elizabeth II in a Stephen Frears-directed docudrama that looks at the royal response to Princess Diana's death. Not only does Mirren give an Oscar-caliber performance, but Michael Sheen also does brilliant work as Tony Blair. Frears avoids cheap shots, focusing instead on the how enduring societies are able to honor tradition while responding to change _ albeit not without plenty of pain, strain and wanton absurdity.
Rated: PG-13, brief strong language.
RUNNING WITH SCISSORS (C+) Augusten Burrough's much-admired memoir, reaches the screen with some of its humor intact, but without the necessary verve. Annette Bening scores as Augusten's narcissistic mom, and Brian Cox portrays Dr. Finch, the psychiatrist with whom the teen-aged Augusten (Joseph Cross) is sent to live. A strong cast _ Joseph Fiennes, Jill Clayburgh and Gwyneth Paltrow _ can't keep this one from turning into one more freak show set in suburbia.
Rated: R, strong language and elements of sexuality, violence and substance abuse.
SCHOOL FOR SCOUNDRELS (C-) Jon Heder ("Napoleon Dynamite") plays the classic loser in this loose remake of a 1959 British comedy. Too bad the movie comes up a loser, as well. Heder's Roger tries to become assertive with help form a strange teacher played by Billy Bob Thornton. A promising premise never produces the expected laughs, and director Todd Phillips "(Road Trip," :Old School") can't kick the proceedings into high gear.
Rated: PG-13. Language, crude and sexual content, and some violence.
SHORTBUS (C) This sexually explicit movie from director John Cameron Mitchell leaves nothing to the imagination with its loosely assembled overview _ or underview if you prefer _ of a group of New Yorkers who attend a private downtown club to engage in all manner of sexual activity. It's a bold idea, but the movie has a numbed-out feeling and the characters aren't all that interesting. If you're looking for eroticism, look elsewhere. If you're looking for any profundities, look elsewhere, as well.
Unrated. Explicit sexual material, profanity and drug use.
STRANGER THAN FICTION (B+) A subdued Will Ferrell does nice work as an IRS agent in director Marc Forster's clever, engaging look at a man trying to awaken to life's possibilities. Emma Thompson joins Ferrell to play an author suffering from writer's block. Dustin Hoffman (as a professor of literary theory), Maggie Gyllenhaal (as a baker whose taxes are being audited) and Queen Latifah (as a writer's assistant) lend support. The premise is best discovered in a theater where you'll also find a smart and quietly amusing movie.
Rated: PG-13,some disturbing images, sexuality, brief language and nudity.
THIS FILM IS NOT YET RATED (B) Director Kirby Dick swipes at the ratings system, exposing its hypocrisies and providing an entertaining look at the veil of secrecy that shrouds those who rate movies for the Motion Picture Association of America. And, no, Dick's documentary isn't rated. He released it that way rather than accept the MPAA's NC-17, presumably awarded because of some of the sexually provocative clips that Dick uses to tell his story.
Unrated. Nudity, profanity, sexual material.

The New World Order (NWO) An Overview
Introduction
There is a worldwide conspiracy being orchestrated by an extremely powerful and influential group of genetically-related individuals (at least at the highest echelons) which include many of the world's wealthiest people, top political leaders, and corporate elite, as well as members of the so-called Black Nobility of Europe (dominated by the British Crown) whose goal is to create a One World (fascist) Government, stripped of nationalistic and regional boundaries, that is obedient to their agenda. Their intention is to effect complete and total control over every human being on the planet and to dramatically reduce the world's population by 5.5 Billion people. While the name New World Order is a term frequently used today when referring to this group, it's more useful to identify the principal organizations, institutions, and individuals who make up this vast interlocking spiderweb of elite conspirators.
The Illuminati is the oldest term commonly used to refer to the 13 bloodline families (and their offshoots) that make up a major portion of this controlling elite. Most members of the Illuminati are also members in the highest ranks of numerous secretive and occult societies which in many cases extend straight back into the ancient world. The upper levels of the tightly compartmentalized (need-to-know-basis) Illuminati structural pyramid include planning committees and organizations that the public has little or no knowledge of. The upper levels of the Illuminati pyramid include secretive committees with names such as: the Council of 3, the Council of 5, the Council of 7, the Council of 9, the Council of 13, the Council of 33, the Grand Druid Council, the Committee of 300 (also called the "Olympians") and the Committee of 500 among others.
In 1992, Dr John Coleman published Conspirators' Hierarchy: The Story of the Committee of 300. With laudable scholarship and meticulous research, Dr Coleman identifies the players and carefully details the Illuminati agenda of worldwide domination and control. On page 161 of the Conspirators Hierarchy, Dr Coleman accurately summarizes the intent and purpose of the Committee of 300 as follows:
"A One World Government and one-unit monetary system, under permanent non-elected hereditary oligarchists who self-select from among their numbers in the form of a feudal system as it was in the Middle Ages. In this One World entity, population will be limited by restrictions on the number of children per family, diseases, wars, famines, until 1 billion people who are useful to the ruling class, in areas which will be strictly and clearly defined, remain as the total world population.
There will be no middle class, only rulers and the servants. All laws will be uniform under a legal system of world courts practicing the same unified code of laws, backed up by a One World Government police force and a One World unified military to enforce laws in all former countries where no national boundaries shall exist. The system will be on the basis of a welfare state; those who are obedient and subservient to the One World Government will be rewarded with the means to live; those who are rebellious will simple be starved to death or be declared outlaws, thus a target for anyone who wishes to kill them. Privately owned firearms or weapons of any kind will be prohibited."
The sheer magnitude and complex web of deceit surrounding the individuals and organizations involved in this conspiracy is mind boggling, even for the most astute among us. Most people react with disbelief and skepticism towards the topic, unaware that they have been conditioned (brainwashed) to react with skepticism by institutional and media influences that were created by the Mother of All mind control organizations: The Tavistock Institute of Human Relations in London. Author and de-programmer Fritz Springmeier (The Top 13 Illuminati Bloodlines ) says that most people have built in "slides" that short circuit the mind's critical examination process when it comes to certain sensitive topics. "Slides", Springmeier reports, is a CIA term for a conditioned type of response which dead ends a person's thinking and terminates debate or examination of the topic at hand. For example, the mention of the word "conspiracy" often solicits a slide response with many people. (Springmeier has co-authored three books on trauma-based programming which detail how the Illuminati employs highly tuned and extrememly sophisticated Mind Control (MC) training programs that begin the programming process while the intended victim is still within the womb. Mind Control is a much greater problem than most people realize. According to Cisco Wheeler, a former Illuminati mind control programmer, there are 10 million people who have been programmed as mind controlled slaves using trauma-based MC programs with names like Monarch and MK Ultra. The newer, non-trauma, electronic means of MC programming that grew out of the Montauk Project, may include millions more. Al Bielek, who played a principle role in the development of the Montauk Project, said that there likely 10 million victims of Montauk style mind control programming worldwide, the majority located in the USA. He also said that there are covert Montauk Programming 'Centers' in every major city in the U.S. )
What most Americans believe to be "Public Opinion" is in reality carefully crafted and scripted propaganda designed to elicit a desired behavioral response from the public. Public opinion polls are really taken with the intent of gauging the public's acceptance of the Illuminati's planned programs. A strong showing in the polls tells the Illuminati that the programing is "taking", while a poor showing tells the NWO manipulators that they have to recast or "tweak" the programming until the desired response is achieved. While the thrust and content of the propaganda is decided at Tavistock, implementation of the propaganda is executed in the United States by well over 200 'think tanks' such as the Rand Corporation and the Brookings Institute which are overseen and directed by the top NWO mind control organization in the United States, the Stanford Research Institute (SRI) in Menlo Park, California.
The NWO global conspirators manifest their agenda through the skillful manipulation of human emotions, especially fear. In the past centuries, they have repeatedly utilized a contrivance that NWO researcher and author David Icke has characterized in his latest book, The Biggest Secret, as Problem, Reaction, and Solution.
The technique is as follows: Illuminati strategists create the Problem- by funding , assembling, and training an "opposition" group to stimulate turmoil in an established political power (sovereign country, region, continent, etc.) that they wish to impinge upon and thus create opposing factions in a conflict that the Illuminati themselves maneuvered into existence. In recent decades, so called "opposition" groups are usually identified in the media as 'freedom fighters' or 'liberators' (recently the KLA-Kosovo Liberation Army).
At the same time, the leader of the established political power where the conflict is being orchestrated is demonized and, on cue, referred to as 'another Hitler' (take your pick: Saddam Hussein, Milosevic, Kadaffi, etc.). The 'freedom fighters' are not infrequently assembled from a local criminal element (i.e. KLA, drug traffickers). In the spirit of true Machiavellian deceit, the same NWO strategists are equally involved in covertly arming and advising the leader of the established power as well (the Illuminati always profits from any armed conflict by loaning money, arming, and supplying all parties involved in a war).
The conflict is drawn to the world stage by the controlled media outlets with a barrage of photos and video tape reports of horrific and bloody atrocities suffered by innocent civilians. The cry goes up "Something has to be done!" And That is the desired Reaction (note: the same technique is presently being used to bring about gun control in the United States).
The NWO puppeteers then provide the Solution by sending in UN 'Peace Keepers' (Bosnia) or a UN 'Coalition Force' (Gulf War) or NATO Bombers and then ground troops (Kosovo). Once installed, the 'peace keepers' never leave (Bosnia, Kosovo). The idea is to have NWO controlled ground troops in all major countries or strategic areas where significant resistance to the New World Order takeover is likely to be encountered.
East Timor, Indosnesia. (9/14/99) Virtually , the same strategy used to occupy Kosovo with UN/NATO troops was applied by the NWO manipulators to take military control of East Timor. Once again, the same morality play is trotted out for public consumption: the local evil and demonic Indonesian Army trained militias responsible for the slaughter of innocent civilians following the August 30 vote for Independence (from Indonesian control), must be stopped at all costs. This time, Australia (to keep up the appearance of an 'international' humantarian effort) will lead the charge with 'peacekeeping' troops. Of course, it didn't take long for Madeline Albright to announce that US 'support assets' will be part of the "UN Peacekeeping Team". In a front page story in the LA Times (9/13/99), Mike Jendrzejczyk of Human Rights Watch (an Illuminati front group) in Washington DC said that it's "crucial" that "peacekeepers have the authority to disarm militia forces and any Indonesian soldiers actively working with them". ]
The local, sovereign military force is either defeated (i.e. Yugoslavia) or, as in the case of the United States itself, replaced by foreign UN "Partnership For Peace" (PFP) troops who take over the jobs of US soldiers who have been sent overseas on 'peacekeeping' missions. In addition to being killed in ground conflicts on foreign soil, US military forces will likely be reduced in the next few years through disease induced attrition (i.e. from mandatory Anthrax Vaccinations required of all US military personnel). These vaccinations will, in all probability, eventually produce the symptoms of the so-called Gulf War Illness, which was acquired by a certain percentage of Gulf War soldiers who were given a "special" anthrax vaccine (intended by the Illuminati/CIA as a test run to ascertain how quickly (and fatally) the disease would progress with a substantial population of healthy young men and women).
The corporate portion of the NWO pyramid seems to be dominated by international bankers and the big pharmaceutical cartels, as well as other major multinational corporations. The Royal Family of England, namely Queen Elizabeth II and the House of Windsor, (who are, in fact, descendants of the German arm of European Royalty -the Saxe-Coburg-Gotha family-changed the name to Windsor in 1914 ), are high level players, along with the British oligarchy which controls the upper strata of the Illuminati. The decision making Illuminati nerve centers of this effort are in the London (especially the City of London), Basel Switzerland, and Brussels (NATO headquarters).
The United Nations, along with all the agencies working under the UN umbrella, such as the World Health Organization (WHO), are full time players in this scheme. Similarly, NATO is a military tool of the NWO.
The leaders of all major industrial countries like the United States, England, Germany, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, etc. (E.g. members of the "G7/G8" ) are active and fully cooperative participants in this conspiracy. In this century, the degree of control exerted by the Illuminati has advanced to the point that only certain hand-picked individuals, who are groomed and selected by the Illuminati are even eligible to become the prime minister or president of countries like England, Germany, or The United States. It didn't matter whether Bill Clinton or Bob Dole won the Presidency in 1996, the results would have been the same (except maybe for Zipper Gate ). Both men are playing on the same team for the same ball club. Anyone who isn't a team player is taken out: i.e.President Kennedy, Ali Bhutto (Pakistan) and Aldo Moro (Italy). More recently, Admiral Borda and William Colby were also killed because they were either unwilling to go along with the conspiracy to destroy America, weren't cooperating in some capacity, or were attempting to expose/ thwart the Takeover agenda.
Most of the major wars, political upheavals, and economic depression/recessions of the past 100 years (and earlier) were carefully planned and instigated by the machinations of these elites. They include The Spanish-American War (1898), World War I and World War II; TheGreat Depression; the Bolshevik Revolution of 1917; the Rise of Nazi Germany; the Korean War; the Vietnam War; the 1989-91"fall" of Soviet Communism, the 1991 Gulf War; and the recent War in Kosovo. Even the French Revolution was an orchestrated into existence by the Barvaian Illuminati and the House of Rothchild.
FEMA
In America, the Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) was created in 1979 under Presidential Memorandum 32 authored for President Carter by Prof. Samuel P. Huntington, a Harvard professor and former FEMA Advisory Board chairman. Huntington wrote the Seminal Peace for the Trilateral Commission in the mid 70's, in which he criticized democracy and economic development as outdated ideas. As co-author of the book, Crisis in Democracy, Huntington wrote:
"We have come to recognize that there are potential desirable limits to economic growth. There are also potentially desirable limits to the indefinite extension of political democracy. A government which lacks authority will have little ability short of cataclysmic crisis to impose on its people the sacrifices which may be necessary."
Huntington's ideas were rewritten into National Security Decision Directive #47 (NSDD47), which was enacted in July 1982 by President Reagan. Treated as a passing footnote by the media, this law identified legitimate areas to be upgraded to maintain national defense, but it also laid the groundwork for Emergency Mobilization Preparedness, a plan under which existing socio/economic regulations or other legal constraints would be waived in the event of a national emergency. This plan was further strengthened in Public Law 101-647, signed by President Bush in November 1990.What it boils down to is this: in the event that the President declares a national emergency, for any reason (from major earthquakes to increased international tensions or economic /financial crisis of any stripe), FEMA can then, at their discretion, implement Executive Orders 10995 through 11005. These Executive Orders permit a takeover by FEMA of local, state, and national governments and the suspension of constitutional guarantees. FEMA will have the authority to exert any sort of control that it deems necessary upon the American public. A trained National Police Force, formally referred to by the name of Multi Jurisdictional Task Force (MJTF), wearing black uniforms and composed of:
1. specially selected US military personnel
2. foreign military units carrying United Nations ID cards, and
3. specially trained existing police groups from larger metropolitan American cities.
These members of the MJTF will implement and enforce martial law under the direction and controlof FEMA. The President and Congress are out of the loop.
FEMA is the Trojan Horse by which the New World Order will implement overt, police-state control over the American populace.
War on Drugs
The "War on Drugs" is a cruel joke. The US government, specifically the CIA, is the biggest 'drug lord' on the planet. Drug money is used to pay for innumerable 'black projects', including the construction of huge underground cities housing both humans and aliens working with the secret US government.
The instigation of a trumped-up war as a cover for amassing fortunes can be dated back to at least the 12th Century when only a core group of nine members of an Illuminati group called the Knights Templar, the military arm of an Illuminati secret society known as the Priory of Sion, kicked off the The Crusades that lasted for over a century and a half. A rift later developed between the Templars and the Priory of Sion when Jerusalem was lost to Saracen Turks in 1187. In 1307, the king of France, Philippe the Fair (a Merovingian Illuminati), coveted the wealth and was jealous of the Templars' power. The French king, being a puppet of the Priory of Sion, set out to arrest all the Templars in France on October 13. While many Templars were seized and tortured, including their Grand Master, Jacques de Molay, many other Templars (who had been tipped off) escaped. They eventually resurfaced in Portugal, in Malta (as the Knights of Malta) and later in Scotland as The Scottish Rites of Free Masonry.
The acquisition and consolidation of ever greater wealth, natural resources, total political power, and control over others are the motivating forces which drives the decisions of the Illuminati. The toll in human suffering and the loss of innocent lives are non issues for these individuals, who are aligned with very dark and malevolent 4th dimensional aliens. The dominant group of 4th dimentional malevolent aliens controlling and manipulating the human Iluminati are known as Draconians or Drakos Reptilians. Not all alien reptilians are of a negative spiritual orientation.
Mind Control
Recent revelations from deprogrammed Illuminati (government) mind controlled individuals such as Arizona Wilder (The Biggest Secret), Cisco Wheeler ( The Illuminati Formula to Create an Undetectable Total Mind Control Slave), Cathy O'Brien (Trance Formation of America), and Brice Taylor (Thanks for the Memories) leave NO DOUBT that the upper levels of the Illuminati engage in Satanic rituals which usually include the killing of young children, the drinking of human blood and the consuming of flesh and human organs.
The details of the Illuminati conspiracy are brilliantly laid out in the books of David Icke (Tales from the Time Loop, Children of the Matrix, Alice in Wonderland and the World Trace Center Disaster, The Biggest Secret, The Truth Shall Set You Free, and I am Me, I am Free; and in three books by Dr. John Coleman (Conspirators' Hierarchy: The Story of The Committee of 300; One World Order: Socialist Dictatorship; and Diplomacy by Deception

Big Brother To Decide If You Drive
Submitted by New World Odor (not verified) on Tue, 11/21/2006 - 07:10.
245 million Americans to be forced to undergo "guilty until proven innocent" breathalyzer tests just to start their cars if plan proceeds
Just when you thought the Orwellian Big Brother society couldn't possibly accelerate further, it gets even worse. A move is afoot to force 245 million drivers in America to have alcohol breathalyzers fitted in their vehicles, ignition interlocks that prevent the vehicle from being started by an inebriant.
"The threat of arrest and punishment, for decades the primary tactic against drunken drivers, is no longer working in the struggle to reduce the death toll, officials say, and they are proposing turning to technology — alcohol detection devices in every vehicle — to address the problem," reports the New York Times.
In addition, Mothers Against Drunk Drivers today began a campaign to make all states pass legislation that mandates these devices be placed in all cars of drunk drivers, even if they are just a first time offender.
Mandatory breathalyzers in all vehicles is just one item in a veritable surveillance package that all drivers will be forced to accept if they wish to use America's roads and highways.
- GPS tracking and taxation black boxes are being pushed to coincide with the construction of the NAFTA Superhighway, where all vehicles will be forced to use toll roads and will have their every movement catalogued by spy satellites in alliance with a massive centralized database.
- US citizens will be forced to adopt a de-facto national identification card and have their freedom of mobility defined by behavioral fealty to the government under proposals set to derive from NAFTA superhighway toll road systems and the implementation of the American Union.
- Biometric eye scanners that can detect tiredness and deny mobility if the system judges the driver to be fatigued are being proposed for individual vehicle use after being utilized by police in Australia.
- Proposals are in play to install surveillance cameras in all cars, especially in areas where legislation has been passed that bans the individual from smoking in their own car if a child is also present.
- In March 2004, Toyota launched its concept car of the future - a literal behavior modification surveillance center on wheels - festooned with Big Brother technology - that will record every nuance and error the driver exhibits, and will limit its performance based on those factors, including refusing to turn itself on. Industry publications and other motor industry giants have also touted surveillance infested vehicles as the model for all future development.
The installation of mandatory breathalyzers in all vehicles by law is a death knell for freedom of mobility and directly violates the 4th amendment, "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
The following points also illustrate why the move is a dangerous and harebrained idea.
- Though billed as a "non-profit organization," Mothers Against Drunk Driving is a front group for the auto industry and has been caught in the past stealing money it raises through telemarketing. The American Institute of Philanthropy has given MADD poor grades for its high bureaucratic and fundraising costs.
- MADD advocates warrantless random roadblocks and checkpoints to supposedly find drunk drivers, violating the U.S. constitution and instilling fear into people for simply having a glass of wine with their meal.
- Apologists for the program cite seatbelts as an example of a security measure that was beneficial, yet don't understand the slippery slide to fascism that inevitably comes as a result of restricting mobility.
- Drunks kill around 40,000 people a year and yet prescription drugs kill over 200,000. Medical malpractice kills over 300,000 - but the media hasn't brainwashed Americans to be fearful or upset about the bigger dangers and so they don't care. The hyped specter of drunk driving deaths manipulates whining do-gooders to call for their own enslavement, anything to save a few lives.
- In the majority of areas in the south-west, around half of DWI's involve illegal aliens, but nobody is prepared to face up to that problem. A study by the Highway Safety Research Center at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill found Hispanic drivers involved in crashes were three times more likely to be drunk than white or black drivers.
As Paul McNamara of Network World points out, the potential ramifications for fitting every car with such a device are ominous.
"There is, of course, the straightforward civil libertarian question: Why should those who have never been convicted of drunken driving be compelled to prove they are innocent before being allowed to operate their own cars? This baby seems to have been tossed with the bathwater long ago in a country where drug testing has become routine, but you can expect the die-hards to be heard anew."
"How far down the technology slope are we sliding? Certainly, any such standard automobile equipment could include a record-keeping component. Will attempted drunken driving become a crime? There could be no denying the deterrent effect of such a new law. Three rejected start attempts and you lose your license? Five and the ignition is permanently disabled? Certainly the advocates will make the case than an ounce of prevention beats even one more highway fatality."
"What about networking? Will the data be wirelessly transmitted to your local police department? Why not? It would clearly help law enforcement target and keep tabs on the recidivists. And the cops will need to know when to pull your license for that third strike."
