After 9/11 I started to revise all the physics I'd learned, and this continued as I became hooked. Now I need to include chemistry. Initially my motive was to examine the official version of 9/11. The more you learn the more you realise the public in general and so-called experts haven't got a clue. In my mind there is no question but that 9/11 was an inside job. Probably a false-flag operation that was blamed on Muslim Arabs in order to justify invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq. But perhaps the truth will never be revealed, as to do so would destroy US credability for decades, and could precipitate a world economic collapse with everyone's pension going down the pan.

I never questioned the "official" account of 9/11 for the first two years after it happened. Then I read a satirical book put out by the Onion called "Citizen You". It has an appendix called "Questions You Must NEVER Ask About 9/11". That was the first time I became aware of World Trade Center 7, the skyscraper that collapsed hours after the Twin Towers, but was never hit by a plane. The more I read, the more inconsistencies between the facts and the official account occurred. For instance, the 9/11 Commission Report IGNORED the massive explosions that occurred in both WTC Towers seconds BEFORE they began collapsing. Seismic effects of these explosions were recorded as earth tremors by Lamont-Dorety Geologic Observatory at Columbia University, were witnessed by hundreds of thousands of people, and can be heard and seen on Rick Siegel's 911 Eyewitness DVD video, recorded live, with huge dust clouds coming up from the BOTTOM of the building just before the collapse. Check it out yourself! I've read that these explosiions are featured in the new Oliver Stone movie "World Trade Center", even though our government ignored them!

Before you incorporate the arguments put forth by the 9/11 truth "movement" into your daily interactions with friends and family, you may want to fact check them first, and consider them in the context of common sense. You will be spared possibly permanent embarrassment if you simply run your revelation du jour through the following before opening your mouth at that party, or sending that email to that friend who still assumes you are sane.

Considering the multiple violations of the laws of physics involved in the official explanation of the wtc collapse, I always thought government involvement was a slam dunk.

After reading the article by Thomas Hargrove and Guido H. Stemple III of the Scripps Howard News Service, however, I realised that doubting the official story would necessarily involve me in a belief in space aliens.

Kudos to Messrs Hargrove and Stemple for demonstrating the importance of connecting the dots on opposite sides of the universe.

Failure to do so could lead to innumerable absurdities, like imagining a raise in the minimum wage without a trillion dollar giveaway to the super-rich, for instance.

A Republican congressman (Curt Weldon, PA 7th) has publicly praised an anti-Bush video. And not just any anti-Bush video, but the one by BYU physics professor Steven E. Jones which accuses the Bush administration of deliberately allowing 9/11 to happen and placing explosives in the three tallest World Trade Center buildings to make sure that they would be totally destroyed on 9/11. We need good critical thinking skills taught in Middle School and High School. At home, teach your kids Logic if the teachers won't. Get a Logic book and learn for yourselves then teach your kids.

My recommendation is this. Watch an hour long show about the WTC being destroyed by "Controlled Demolition". Then immediately watch one of the on hour long discovery channel documentaries about the "official explanation." Watch them both with an open mind. You'll be amazed what you discover. Jet fuel wasn't "sloshing" around in the buildings for hours, melting steel columns. Jet fuel burns fast and was gone well before the collapse. What do you think it's used for stupid? The jet fuel burned up within the first couple minutes. The pancake explaination, as heard in the "official story" is crap. As the floors fell, significant resistance would have been met by columns that were further away from the heat. It would take a temperature of 2000 degrees to melt that steel and I would guarentee that it wasn't that hot as you went down. a more likely collapse would have seen the top of the building fall with a significant part of the buildings left standing. For the entire building to fall at virtually freefall speed, strait down, under those circumstances does not hold up. The "official story" looks more like a conspiracy theory, but sinse it's on TV, it must be the truth.
This whole administration has been a conspiracy starting with the 2000 election and ending....who knows where. It's just too bad that Americans couldn't see through it because they were either too afraid or too ignorant to know any better.

Your Statement: It would take 2000 degree heat to "melt the steel" and bring the building down.
FALSE. First off, Steel melts at 2500 degress Celcius Mr. Technical. (its customary to list what units you are using to measure temperature by the way) The steel would lose nearly half its strength at around 800 degrees. HALF ITS STRENGTH. The steel BUCKLED, IT DIDNT MELT.

Your Statement: Building fell at near freefall speed.
FALSE: No it did not. Thats only if you stop counting when the outer columns have fallen. If you keep the clock running while the core finished collpsing it takes almost another 5 seconds!

Regarding pancaking: YOU ACTUALLY THINK THE FIRST FLOOR SHOULD HAVE SUPPORTED 109 floors falling down on top of them? You think the first 40 floors should have withstood the 60 floors coming down on top of them? Especially considering the plane hit at a banked angle? and ripped gaping holes along two sides of each building thus detroying the support the steel columns were provided from TOP TO BOTTOM? Why give people time to evacuate? Why not blow the building with your explosives when there were 50,000- 100,000 people in the buildings instead of 3,000?

Thermite does not create diagonal cuts.

Steel didn’t have to melt it had to BUCKLE. Combination of planes flying into towers, with heat generated by unhindered fired which had been doused with Jet fuel. The fire exceeded the prevention systems of the building.

Controlled demolitions do not start from the top.

Confessions of ANYONE involved in this.
Pieces of a missle at the pentagon.
Video of the missle. (at more than 5 fps for an object moving hundreds of miles per hour please)

We have factors at the WTC ON 9-11 that must be explained. Rates of fall completely to the ground so near free fall of 2 towers nearly identical it is astounding.

From the top down, all of the contents of the towers were pulverized. The first tower hit,hit worst burnt worst, falls last.

These factors are not intrinsic to collapse by any definition relating to collapse. The images show mushrooming waves off debris which appear like large quarry blasts or mountain top removal. Images show entire floors exploding ahead of the rest of the descending concrete debris. Firefighters mention "detonations, floor after floor. one by one" and workers in the basement areas mention blasts at the times of plane impacts.

This was a demolition so sophisticated that it is almost unrecognizable as such and calls for very special circumstances because such is simply not possible otherwise to create the event seen.

I viewed a documentary aired on PBS in 1990 called "The Construction of the Twin Towers" (gone now) and I'm asking everybody to ask everybody amongst their families and friends for any who may have seen it. I remember it very well and there were a great many clues in it to exactly what happened, no wonder it is gone with no record.

FEMA has lied about the design and construction of the towers. Hard to believe but most of the engineers in America are going along with it. FEMA states the towers had 47 steel core columns in the center when they were built a a rectangular, tubular, steel reinforced cast concrete core. The lie makes the ruse of a collapse from plane damage and fires somewhat believable for those that do not know construction and demolition.

Sadly the extreme uniformity of super well contained explosions and high speed delays systems can only indicate that explosive circuits were engineered and built into the tower to create an event never seen. So unusual that those perhaps working to marginalize actual explanation speculate wildly at nukes or space based beam weapons being used. No need, the clues of the 1990 documentary have the capacity to show that super high security at construction allowed the encapsulation of plastic explosive on reinforcing bar and floors. The reinforcing bar techniques was developed in the cold war for self destruct missile silos and sub bases, was intended to grind up the contents to make all technology inside unusable. List of SUSPECTS, of actual people you think were involved, and PROOF of their involvement.

Confessions of ANYONE involved in this.
Pieces of a missle at the pentagon.
Video of the missle. (at more than 5 fps for an object moving hundreds of miles per hour please)

The simple fact that you people refuse to question our government after all the evidence, "aside from the most popular" theories astounds me.
The one thing that is completely impossible to deny is that before the towers had fallen, there was a explosion captured on cnn about 2 blocks away, and it was never shown after the live broadcast, the owner of the wtc lot admitted to the controled demolition of world trade center 7, then tried to deny it after he was filmed saying it.

AND THERE WAS NO PLANE FOUND INSIDE THE PENTAGON PERIOD! THERE IS NO ARGUMENT. TRY YOUR BEST TO PROVE IT BUT YOU WILL NEVER FIND EVIDENCE OF A COMERCIAL AIRLINE OR BODIES!

the space shuttle burned up in our atmosphere going approx 11,000 mph and wreckage was found in several states, plus the bodies!
but nothing found in the pentagon but a few handfulls of sheet metal and a engine that was 5 times to small for that type of plane?

If the 911 attacks are really legit, then why doesn't anyone show the 7 other video's that were captured from the pentagon? look up pics of the pentagon and count the survellance cameras on the crashed side.

The pentagon had camera's everywhere, plus the sheraton. and the gas station, but noone seems to be worried about showing them to prove the theorists wrong in any way!

NO ONE can say for sure what happened in the morning of 9/11, but for that person that said that there was no plane found in the pentagon, where the hell have you been? Are you like retarded? There have been so many photographs of the messed up pentagon with the airplane that crashed into it still there. Besides when the airplanes crashed they destroyed the protective coating that well, protected the towers from something like that, the impact was much too strong, therefore, since the temperature was about 3000 degrees F, that didnt cause the steel to melt retards, but it caused it to weaken, therefore causing into to fall onto the floor below, which eventually caused it too fall to the bottom because of the weight. And for those that didnt know it, Osamam Bin Laden did admit to causing the attacks, terrorists are pissed because there so-called 'sacred' land is being 'invaded' by U.S. Troops. This was before the war was even started that Troops were sent over there. Something to do with another war. Anyways people were NEVER allowed to evacuate. When the first tower was hit, people in the other tower were actually told to stay inside because they thought they would be safer there and so that they could avoid the falling debris from the other building. The shock came when the second tower was hit and people realized what was going on.

And if you're wondering where I got this from, below are my sources:

2) U.S. Marine that was sent into combat and just recently came back.
