MTV and Nintendo are offering a contest for gamers who take pictures of themselves playing handheld games at strange places. Winner gets a DS Lite, "Metroid Prime Hunters" and "Tetris DS" and a ride on a zero-gravity plane with a friend. Too bad I didn't have a camera handy to take a shot of myself playing in the dentist's chair yesterday during a rediculous wait for someone - anyone - to come in and finish my cleaning.
Paying taxes unites us. It also divides us. People can pay five and even six times more in state and local taxes than other folks in similar circumstances making similar incomes.
