Another week, another tortured view of some of the most unsympathetic characters ever seen on TV.
At least we know now what Cissy's problem is - she's a child molester, of her own son, no less.
Of course, they had to bring back still another former Deadwood performer. Did you catch Paula Malcomson aka Trixie in the bizarre restaurant scene?
Speaking of Deadwood, did you see the news this week? HBO brass revealed that the chances of bringing back Deadwood for the promised two 2-hour movies is barely 50-50. Evidently David Milch is "exhausted" and it all depends on whether John from Cincinnati will be renewed.
Spare us all the misery. Send John and his creepy co-horts back to Cincinnati, Imperial Beach or Alpha Centauri or wherever they came from.

sorry you're not enjoying JFC .. me and my wife LOVE it .. last night i felt like i had to come down off of acid after the show ended .. Finally something to watch on TV!!!

In my opinion, JFC is the best show since Carnivale. Sure there could have been some more emotion displayed when Shaun rose from the dead, but besides that I think the story is the most compelling thing on TV.

I love JFC. It's not your average show. It's Milch, you have to expect some head trips. Relax, just sit back and enjoy the show without any expectations. It's better that way. You can scratch your head after the show.

I still miss Deadwood, and thus John From Cincinnati already had two strikes against it... but I LOVE the show. Everything is so predictable in most of TV land. It's either a story line that most of us have seen over and over or comedy based on people so stupid they wouldn't survive in real life. John From Cincinnati is a breath of fresh air with it's unpredictability, twists and interesting characters.
Probably the best show on TV at the moment (which isn't saying much).

Lamo... slow moving plot, Nauseatingly slow. 1 season, 1 too many. Nice idea, interesting characters but for crying out loud move it along a little faster it's so lame and slow and I sit for an hour and get scraps of entertainment value. Overall its too lame to continue to watch. I just watched an hour of what? What happened?, what more was revealed, developed, advanced? Very little. Big disappointment. Over promised and under delivered.

I am a huge fan of the dialog and there is some good acting here. Ed O' Neil is freakin hilarious. But what the f is going on in this show? I like creative, different shows but my small brain just cannot wrap around the story here. It is definitely not the best thing on t.v.
