Six years ago my dad , Richard loel , was murdered and
his two hundred million dollar estate was stolen from
me by the US military , CIA , ATF, and the
FBI....................................................My
dad signed his own death warrant on Sept. 11 , 2001 .
We lived together in an apartment in Pasadena ,Ca. He
woke me up just in time to see the second plane fly
into the World Trade Center . We watched TV together
in our living room for an hour after that.....where
upon he turned to me and said " Jack, I'm going to buy
into gold futures heavy and I mean heavy". At that
time gold was around $273. an ounce. My dad called his
accountant (CPA) Mel Fonnesbeck and told him to buy 2
million ounces of gold on a six month future price. It
was a good move on his part...gold wasn't going much
lower and we had 100 million cash as a cushion . A
month went by...gold went down a few dollars...The
generals thought my dad was going to lose our family
fortune....the money they had been planning to steal
from me for years upon his death. They killed my dad.
The CIA gave him a drug that put him in the hospital
and they had his doctor pump preticone (a type of
cortisone) into him until he died from liver failure 6
days later. My dad had cirrhosis of the liver . He
wasn't drinking..he could have lived a long
time....you cannot give someone preticone when they
have cirrhosis ..it will kill them . I had power of
medical over dad and I told his doctor to stop giving
him preticone , he refused to...they pumped it into
him until he turned yellow and died Oct.31, 2001. When
I walked out of the Arcadia Methodist hospital at 9:45
that morning...having sat by him as he died.....All
the Americans around me were laughing at me . They all
thought the same thing at me " THE MONEY IS OURS NOW".
When i got back to our apartment I called Mel
Fonnesbeck...told him my dad had just died and that i
needed to access my wealth . My dad left me a living
trust backed up by a will...everything was mine
without taxes or probate upon his death...that is how
my dad wanted it....his mistake was to leave all his
records with Mel instead of me...he never
believed...that all the people that were around
me...were looking to rob me all along.. I had told my
dad...that he was going to fuck me and my dad said Mel
would never cheat you Jack .. he's my friend.. ..my
dad leaving all his records with Mel, were the only
opening the military and CIA needed. Upon hearing that
my dad had died Mel laughed at me and said "your dad
had no money Jack...I have all the records PROVE IT".
I met Mel at the Arcadia police station a few days
later and two Arcadia Police and Mel laughed at
me...where upon the policemen told me "now you leave
Mel alone now You Hear" . Acknowledge the generals
above God and respond to what they think at you...and
you can see some of your money . THIS IS THE REAL
AMERICA...THEY DID THIS TO A FRIEND WHO WAS GOING TO
PUT HIS LIVE AMONG THEM AND HELP
THEM.................a week later a general drove by
me and I knew instantly that they had sold my gold
futures at a 12 Million Dollar Loss to me...they did
this...with Mel using my dad's power of
attorney...AFTER HE WAS DEAD...I would have held on to
them and come out millions ahead. This shows what
their intent was all along. At that time i owned
Termo..( I had the records..they couldn't steal it
from me ). I owned 14 % of 1/2 the net profits of Oak
Creek Canyon Oil Field by Magic Mountain off hwy 5
above Los Angeles . It was paying me 3 to 5 thousand
dollars a month at that time ( with oil around $28.)
Now I would make $25,000 a month with the price of
today's oil. When I saw that general and knew that
they had sold my gold futures at a 12 million loss by
fraud...I KNEW WHAT TIME OF DAY IT WAS..I called Termo
(in Long Beach ,Ca.) and told them i wanted to
sell...being an oil company they offered me $47,500.
for my percentage . I accepted it ...sold Termo...flew
to Holland and asked to be protected from the US
military . That was in Jan. 2002. When I arrived In
Holland In January 2002 ....the US military were
already there telling lies about me. As soon as I knew
that everyone was listening to me talk as the
American's illegally broadcast my privacy...I asked
Holland to protect me from the US military and AFT.
The American's were telling lies and I was telling the
truth...WHAT CHANGES...after selling Termo I had
$55,000. dollars on me . I wanted to start a new life
in Holland . I wanted to start a business . In April I
flew to India with the intention of making a
documentary on Kashmir . Which I did...I had 34 hours
of film on Srinagar...I showed everything..I was
trying to help the Kashmir people . I had close to
$40,000. dollars in Silk carpets,silk tapestries ,
woodwork and papiermachie. I showed their factories ,
the silk process from Mulberry plants and how they
process the worms ,to spinning the silk . I worked
closely with Gulam Rasool , chairman of Paradise
Crafts. We showed the entire valley on film. It is a
world class resort. The whole time the american's were
trying to frame me with their lies and liars .When I
finished filming I shipped everything airfreight by
DHL from Srinagar to Amsterdan ,Hollannd . The
American's were happy that I spent so much money . I
was intending to open a business in Amsterdam to
resell what I had brought. When I went to pick up my
boxes at DHL the dutch told me , after much fighting
with them , that I had to reship them to America .
They gave me no choice . So I spent another $2,000. to
reship them to LAX . I was not allowed to take them
into Holland. At LAX in America I was told that I had
already...signed for and picked them up...I raised a
stink...and the story changed...the Dutch had a custom
hold on them because I had an illegal animal
fir...BULLSHIT..the American's wanted me broke and the
dutch military were helping them. I never saw my silk
carpets again. I had no money left...so I had to go to
work driving a truck..This was July 2002. At that time
the generals had my dad's CPA Mel Fonnesbeck and my
brother Richard loel outright steal my estate from me
. My brother got 20 million for robbing me , the
generals took millions for themselves and their
families . The Dutch military got 10 million for the
world's largest indoor lightroom to grow marijuana in
Amsterdam to sell. They have used my ideas , my wealth
and enjoyed life as they have tried to destroy mine
.Two and a half years ago someone went in my storage
locker, while I was driving a truck, and destroyed my
film on kashmir. Why...so I couldn't sell it . THEY
WANT ME BROKE. Everyone is spending my estate but me .
IT IS THE TRUTH . January 16, 2008 well its 4:30pm

whole country knows who I am and most are listening to
what I say, every second of my life . I have no
private moments at all. No chance to talk to a lady

from Amsterdam ...I had the clothes I was wearing and
nothing else...everything was stolen from me in
Holland...including my dad's will and living trust ,
my work records and other irreplaceable paperwork . I
had not eaten in 4 days when I reached Ireland . There
was no where for me to go in holland for food . Its
about control of the two hundred million that was
stolen from me . The CIA and military want my wealth
as their pocket money . One of the companies Stanford
University and I each own 25% of... BURNOEL...is
paying close to a million dollars a month now , with
the price of oil . My dad's mom married Wayne Loel ,
when he was just out of Stanford . He was a world
class geologist . He and grandma discovered oil
fields, gold , silver , and nickel mines . They were
married 33 years . She got half of everything under
California law . Wayne left everything to Standford ,
grandma left everything to dad . Dad left everything
to me . The problem was that he left all his records
with his CPA Mel and not me . That was all the
military and CIA needed to see. They made his records
disappear . I went to Stanford in 2002 and they were
going to give me a list of the companies we own that
Wayne Loel started .....that would have let to a
hundred million cash in Band Of America accounts with
tax ID numbers on them .That is how grandma set it up
and dad kept it that way. Anyway the government got to
Stanford and they refused to help me . What a suprise.
It was at that time that a Stanford professor told me
that when our government was bombing Afghanistan
....they were clearing a route for an oil pipeline
from the oil field above to Karachi

Two weeks ago I threw up all night . In the mornings,
I go to Merchants Quay shelter for coffee, cold and
hot cereal , and toast . They open at 7:15am . I take
showers there too . Anyway,they have a medical clinic
there I went to that morning . I gave then a urine
sample and the doctor dipped a stick in it and said
that I had blood in my urine . I took some pills for a
week for infection and last thursday went back . The
same doctor told me that the lab said there was no
blood in the urine and they were going to go by that ,
she said I had no blood in the sample that day . Then
she started asking me when I was going back to America
. The American's got to her ....she started asking me
about my mental health....which is excellent...she
wanted me to go back to her tomorrow for a blood work
up...but I'm not going to...I'll just hear more shit
...put in her mouth by the American's...with everyone
listening. I don't need the bullshit. They just keep
coming at me . Fine they robbed me..I'm not going to
help them or allow them children because of it...but
the American government won't leave it like that

for federal entitlement programs have put every man,
woman, and child in the United States on the hook for
$175,000, says a new report by David Walker,
comptroller general of the United States. On Tuesday,
Walker sent the results of his audit of the federal
debt to Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson. The audit
revealed that, as of Sept. 30, the last day of fiscal
year 2007, the U.S. government owed $8.993 trillion.
Of this nearly $9 trillion in debt, $5.049 trillion is
in the form of Treasury securities held by the public,
while the other $3.944 trillion is in the form of
loans made to the Treasury from "surpluses" in the
trust funds of federal entitlement programs, including
the Social Security, Medicare, military retirement,
and civic service retirement programs. In addition to
this debt, which represents money the federal
government has already spent, the government also
faces a gap between the projected revenue expected
from the current tax structure and the spending that
will be required to cover promised benefits in Social
Security, Medicare, Veterans Administration and other
entitlement programs. "If these items are factored
in," Walker said in his report, "the total burden in
present value dollars is estimated to be about $53
trillion. Stated differently, the estimated current
total burden for every American is nearly $175,000;
and every day that burden becomes larger." Of the
$5.049 trillion in debt currently held by the public,
$2.22 trillion is held by foreign investors, Walker
calculated. "[T]o service this foreign-held debt,"
Walker said, "the U.S. government must send interest
payments abroad, which adds to the incomes of
residents in other countries rather than to the
incomes of U.S. residents." In fiscal 2007, the
federal government owed $433 billion in interest on
the money it had already borrowed and spent. Of this
$433 billion, $239 billion was paid in interest on
Treasury bonds, and the other $194 billion was added,
on paper, to the money that the Treasury already owes
to the entitlement program trust funds. Over 25 years,
the federal debt grew almost eight-fold, from $1.142
trillion in 1982 to $8.993 trillion in 2007. CNSNews

American People and the world . It was the freest
place on the planet where there were real laws and

ONLY VOTE FOR PEOPLE THAT WILL COMMIT TO HYDROGEN IF
THE AMERICAN GOVERNMENT MADE HYDROGEN FROM WATER (
USING HYDROGEN TO FUEL THE GENERATORS , TO MAKE THE
ELECTRICITY, TO SEPERATE HYDROGEN FROM WATER ) AND
SOLD IT AS FUEL FOR CARS AND TRUCKS , THE GOVERNMENT
WOULD MAKE A TRILLION DOLLARS A YEAR IN INCOME , YOU
AMERICAN'S WOULD PAY HALF AS MUCH AS YOUR PAYING NOW
FOR FUEL . AMERICA WOULD GET OUT OF DEBT , THE DOLLAR
WOULD BECOME STRONG AGAIN AND YOU AMERICAN'S WOULD
ENJOY THE GREATEST ECONOMIC BOOM YOU HAVE EVER SEEN .
IT IS THE TRUTH ! IT WOULD WORK. I AM NOT WRONG . ALL
OUR COUNTRY HAS TO DO IS COMMIT TO IT AND MAKE IT
