A: There's no reason you would invite his ex to the wedding unless she happens to be one of your friends. It may just end up being awkward for everyone.
If your fiance really wants to invite her, you need to decide if you're comfortable with it, but don't feel obligated. If you don't want her there, just explain it to your fiance. We have a feeling he'll take your side.
