A continuing compendium of tips and tricks from HGTV:
_ Wrinkles away:
Remove wrinkles from a new shower curtain by blowing it with a hair dryer.
_ Curtain protocol:
It's easy to clean plastic shower curtains: Just toss them in the washer, using warm water and very little detergent. Do not put the shower curtains in the dryer, though: hang them up so they will air dry.
_ And a slice for you:
A piece of dental floss can make cake cutting a snap. Just hold the floss tight across where you want to cut and move it down slowly through the cake.
