Underlayment may not be required on concrete floors

By DWIGHT BARNETT
Sunday, November 19, 2006
Q: I was wondering if I could lay vinyl flooring on cement floor. Or do I need an underlayment before I lay down the squares?

By MICHELE BESCHEN
Sunday, November 19, 2006
Where has the time gone? Seems like the last time I walked outside my grass chairs were lush and green and the flowers were still in bloom. I am just now noticing my chairs have turned brown and a foot of wet, soggy leaves have gathered outside my door.
