Running With Scissors: Don't Believe the anti-hype.
Word had it that "Running With Scissors" was a mess - a blunderiffic wannabe Oscar contender that fell flat on its face. But lo and behold, yesterday I go to a screening and laugh my fool head off, along with the audience. Who knew psychological torture could be so entertaining.
eBay Video Game Addicts are Morons
People are paying up to $1,500 on eBay for PlayStation 3s the sellers don't even have yet, with no assurance of when they'll get their systems. I'll sell someone a PS3 I don't have, too, for only $1,000.

The PS3 May Not Be So Expensive After All
The gaming community has been groaning for the past three months over the $599 price tag of the souped-up PlayStation 3 (there's a scaled-down model available for $100 less). But as time passes, $599 is starting not to look so bad.
Nintendo Grows Up
Rumor has it that Nintendo's Wii may end up being a third home for Rockstar Games' much awaited Grand Theft Auto IV, due out next year. Nintendo is said to be in talks with Rockstar, and if the company's new console can land "GTA," it has an honest shot at beating out Microsoft's Xbox 360 and Sony's PS3 for winning the next generation console war.

Wii-lease News
Nintendo finally announced their pricing and release info for the new Wii console today. The system will run $250 and be released Nov. 19. Inside the box will be a motion-sensor controller and Wii sports, which should display the system's capabilities.
Airball
Now that it's been out a week and any interested critic has had a chance to review the film, it's time to point and laugh at "Crossover," which received a zero percent positive rating on RottenTomatoes.
