Rob Owen: No, states do not sell access to trial coverage.

Q: When will "Project Runway's" 2011 season be airing? -- Janet, Muse, Pa.

A: It's set to premiere on Thursday, July 28.

Q: I was wondering if "Breakout Kings" on A&E will be picked up for a second season. That show is way too good to cancel. -- Dom, North Versailles. Pa.

Q: Is "Rubicon" based on a book? If so, who is the author and what is the book's name? I cannot get enough of the story one week at a time. -- Gregory, Ben Avon Heights, Pa.

Rob: No, "Rubicon" is not based on a book. The show's press notes say producers were inspired by 1970s-era conspiracy-paranoia films such as "The Parallax View," "Three Days of the Condor" and "The Conversation."

ABC's 2003 attempt to make an American hit out of the international reality format "I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out of Here!" failed, but that won't stop NBC from giving it another go.
