Cattle rustlers target California's Morongo Indian Reservation

In the mountains near Cabazon, Calif., the Old West crime of cattle rustling still lingers.

Last month, nearly a dozen cattle north of Interstate 10 were roped and hustled away overnight among the barren and rocky hillsides of the Morongo Indian Reservation. A Cherry Valley, Calif., man was arrested last week, suspected of the illegal roundup.
