'Zion curtains' hide beer-pouring bartenders from Utah diners

SALT LAKE CITY - So-called "Zion curtains," opaque partitions that Utah law requires to separate diners from bartenders in this mostly Mormon state, are now showing up in more eateries.

Already in place in establishments that sell liquor, the partitions now are being installed in restaurants whose only alcoholic beverage is beer.
