Dear Babe: I recently found a 3-D Roberto Clemente MLB promo card that ends with the 1969 season. -- Tom Slater, Snellville, Ga.Sit down for the value on the Clemente. If it's authentic, Beckett's Almanac of Baseball Cards and The Standard Catalog of Baseball Cards from the editors of Sports Collectors Digest list it for $10,000-$12,000.

Dear Babe: I have a Topps 1991 Chipper Jones #1 draft pick card, wearing his Bolles High School uniform, and an Upper Deck 1991 Chipper Jones "Top Prospect '91.'' Chipper signed each card once. My niece got cards from Jones' wife for a silent auction. The UD card signature is with a ball point pen. The Topps card was signed with a Sharpie.

Dear Babe: I have inherited some 30,000 cards dating back to the mid-1950s. What is the best way to price out this collection? There are Topps cards, Denny's cards and Post cereal cards. I have Mickey Mantle cards No. 200 and No. 350. -- T.S., Litchfield Park, Ariz.

Dear Babe: Back in the summer of 1963, my family was visiting Boston on the way up to Maine for summer vacation. We stayed in the same hotel as our hometown heroes, the Yankees, who were visiting the Red Sox. We came down to breakfast and found several of them eating.

Dear Babe: Recently I opened a deck of 1993 U.S. Playing Card "Aces." There were two "Wild" cards of Cal Ripken Jr. one of which was signed. Was this a promotional insert or was someone at the company playing games? I have never heard of autographed inserts in these sets. -- Jerry S., Amherst, N.H.

Dear Babe: The Dodgers and Red Sox played an exhibition game at the L.A. Coliseum this year to mark the Dodgers 50th year in Los Angeles. I have a home run ball from that game, which is marked with the commemorative 50th anniversary logo.
