Los Angeles Galaxy's David Beckham announced today in a press conference in Washington D.C. that he is unsure if he will join his teammates against DC United tomorrow at the RFK Stadium.

"I'm looking forward to the game tomorrow," Beckham said. "Hopefully I'll play some part of it. But that's not for definite yet. I don't want to set myself back another five or six weeks just for 20 minutes on the field."

The Los Angeles Galaxy is scheduled to play DC United on Thursday Aug. 9 at the RFK Stadium. Since he signed with the Galaxy, David Beckham has only played 13 minutes of one game against Chelsea FC, due to an ankle injury. Since then, Beckham has missed every game.
